1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the PassAcrrm website, learning portals, courses, question banks, mock examinations, webinars, classes, recordings, educational resources, mentoring and related services.
In these Terms:
- “PassAcrrm”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Aumyania Pty Ltd operating under the business name PassAcrrm;
- “Website” means
https://passacrrm.com.auand any authorised PassAcrrm subdomain or learning portal; - “you” and “your” mean each visitor, account holder, learner or purchaser; and
- “Course” includes any educational package, subscription, question bank, mock examination, webinar, class, recording, feedback service, mentoring service or study resource supplied by us.
By creating an account, purchasing a Course, selecting an acceptance box or using a restricted part of the Website after being shown these Terms, you agree to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, course description and any course-specific conditions disclosed before purchase also form part of your agreement with us.
Course-specific conditions apply to the relevant Course. If an inconsistency exists, the course-specific conditions prevail only to the extent of that inconsistency.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
2. Independent education provider
PassAcrrm is an independent education and examination-preparation provider.
Unless expressly stated in writing, PassAcrrm and Aumyania Pty Ltd are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, accredited by or acting for:
- the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM);
- the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP);
- Ahpra;
- the Medical Board of Australia;
- a government department;
- a university, hospital or training organisation; or
- any examination, registration or regulatory body.
ACRRM and other third-party names, abbreviations, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to them are used only to identify relevant examinations, curricula, organisations or professional pathways.
Unless expressly identified as official third-party material, PassAcrrm questions, cases, scenarios and resources are independently developed and are not official, endorsed or recalled examination questions.
3. Educational and clinical disclaimer
PassAcrrm provides general education, professional-development and examination-preparation services. Our content does not constitute:
- personal or patient-specific medical advice;
- professional supervision;
- legal, financial, migration or employment advice;
- an official examination standard;
- an official interpretation of ACRRM requirements; or
- a substitute for current guidelines, legislation, workplace protocols or professional judgement.
Clinical content may use fictional, simulated or simplified cases. You must not rely on it as the sole basis for managing a real patient.
You remain responsible for:
- verifying important information against current authoritative sources;
- working within your competence, scope of practice and registration conditions;
- following applicable supervision and workplace requirements; and
- considering the circumstances and needs of each patient.
Clinical guidelines, laws, examination formats, eligibility criteria, assessment standards and College policies may change. You should confirm current information with ACRRM or the relevant official organisation.
PassAcrrm does not guarantee that you will:
- pass an examination or assessment;
- obtain any particular score, ranking or result;
- gain entry to a training program;
- obtain Fellowship, registration, employment or a visa; or
- achieve any other professional or educational outcome.
Testimonials and published results describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another learner will achieve the same outcome.
4. Eligibility and legal capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to purchase a Course.
A person under 18 may use a suitable Course only where a parent or legal guardian purchases it, agrees to these Terms and supervises the person’s use where appropriate.
You must comply with any eligibility requirements disclosed on the relevant Course page.
If you purchase or use a Course for an employer, practice, company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation. If you do not have that authority, you remain personally responsible for your own purchase and use.
5. Accounts and security
You may need a registered account to access paid content.
You must:
- provide accurate, complete and current information;
- maintain only one personal learner account unless we approve otherwise;
- keep your password and authentication details confidential;
- take reasonable steps to secure your device, browser and email account;
- prevent unauthorised access to your account; and
- notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, fraud or a security incident.
Your account and Course access are personal to you. You must not sell, transfer, lend, sublicense or share your account or login credentials.
You must not access another person’s account or permit another person to impersonate you.
We may require reasonable identity verification before restoring access, changing account information, disclosing personal information or processing a sensitive request.
You are responsible for account activity to the extent that it results from your conduct or failure to use reasonable security. You are not responsible for activity caused by our negligence, breach of law or security failure.
6. Acceptable use
You must use the Website and Courses lawfully, professionally and only for authorised educational purposes.
You must not:
- share an account or provide unauthorised access to paid content;
- copy, photograph, screenshot, scan, record or reproduce protected content except where expressly permitted;
- download or store content through an unauthorised method;
- publish, transmit, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit content;
- share questions, answers, marking guides, mock examinations, videos or teaching materials;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, data-mine or use automated extraction tools;
- bypass watermarks, session limits, access controls or technological protection measures;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with the Website, servers, networks or other users;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications, results or association with us;
- harass or threaten educators, staff, role-players or learners;
- upload unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, defamatory, deceptive or infringing material;
- submit identifiable patient information without a lawful basis and appropriate authority;
- submit confidential examination material obtained in breach of an examination rule;
- use the service to cheat, facilitate examination misconduct or engage in professional misconduct; or
- infringe another person’s privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights.
Reasonable personal study notes are permitted. They must remain for your individual, non-commercial use and must not reproduce substantial protected content or include information that examination rules prohibit you from recording.
7. Examination integrity and confidentiality
You must comply with the confidentiality, conduct and intellectual-property rules of every examination or assessment body.
You must not submit to PassAcrrm:
- recalled examination questions;
- confidential examination scenarios;
- protected examiner instructions or marking criteria;
- content obtained through unauthorised recording or disclosure; or
- other information that you are prohibited from sharing.
We may remove suspected confidential examination content and take reasonable protective action, including restricting the relevant account or notifying an appropriate organisation where authorised or required by law.
You must not present PassAcrrm mock results as official ACRRM examination results.
8. Orders and contract formation
The Course page and checkout process will describe the principal inclusions, price, access period and material purchase conditions.
When you submit an order, you offer to purchase the selected service. An automated receipt confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
A contract forms when we confirm enrolment or activate access.
We may decline an order before acceptance for a genuine reason, including:
- an obvious pricing or description error;
- service unavailability;
- failed, unauthorised or suspected fraudulent payment;
- failure to meet a disclosed eligibility condition;
- a duplicate or abusive account; or
- a legal or third-party restriction.
If we decline an order after receiving payment and before supplying the service, we will return the amount paid using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
9. Prices, GST and payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
You must pay the amount disclosed at checkout. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may impose transaction or currency-conversion charges that we do not control.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payment providers may undertake reasonable authorisation, fraud and security checks under their own terms.
We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order. We will notify you and allow you to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
We may change prices for future purchases. A later price change does not alter an accepted fixed-price purchase.
10. Payment plans and recurring subscriptions
If a payment plan is offered, each instalment must be paid by its due date.
Unless expressly described as pay-as-you-go, an instalment arrangement divides the total Course price and does not permit cancellation merely by stopping instalments.
Before you accept a recurring subscription, we will disclose:
- the price or calculation method;
- billing frequency;
- minimum or fixed term, if any;
- renewal arrangements; and
- cancellation method.
You authorise recurring charges only when you actively select and accept a recurring arrangement.
If a payment fails, we may notify you, retry it as disclosed by the payment provider and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct the failure. We may temporarily suspend access while an overdue amount remains unpaid.
We will not impose an undisclosed late fee or recurring charge.
Cancelling a payment card does not by itself cancel a subscription or remove a payment obligation already incurred. You must use the disclosed cancellation process or contact us.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Course access and technical requirements
Course access begins on the date stated at checkout, in the order confirmation or when access is activated.
Access ends at the conclusion of the purchased period unless the Course description or a written agreement provides otherwise. Access expiry does not automatically erase account or transaction records.
You are responsible for obtaining:
- a compatible device;
- a supported and current browser;
- a reliable internet connection;
- working audio, microphone or camera where required; and
- any software identified before purchase.
Some content may be available only through streaming and may not be downloadable or available offline.
We may use third-party learning, webinar, payment, communications and hosting platforms. Reasonable technical limitations imposed by those providers may affect availability.
Contact us promptly if a technical problem materially prevents access. Provide sufficient information for us to investigate, but do not send your password.
12. Live classes, webinars, mocks and mentoring
Published schedules may change because of educator illness, emergencies, attendance levels, safety issues, technical problems or events beyond reasonable control.
Where reasonably necessary, we may:
- change an educator or role-player;
- change the delivery platform;
- combine or reschedule a session;
- alter the order of teaching activities; or
- provide a recording or reasonably equivalent replacement session.
If we cancel a separately paid session and do not provide a reasonable alternative, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy for the affected service.
You must join sessions on time, follow reasonable educator instructions and communicate professionally.
Failure to attend does not automatically create a refund right. Any make-up session, recording or rescheduling option depends on the applicable Course conditions and your rights under law.
Do not disclose identifiable patient information, workplace-confidential information or another person’s personal information during a session.
13. Session recordings
We may record certain webinars, classes, mock examinations, mentoring sessions or feedback sessions for enrolled learners, quality assurance, administration or educator development.
We will provide appropriate notice when a session will be recorded. Where required by law, we will obtain consent.
A recording may capture your display name, image, voice, chat messages and contributions. Where the session format permits, you may turn off your camera or avoid speaking. Contact us before the session if you require a reasonable participation alternative because of privacy, safety, disability or another serious concern.
We will seek separate permission before using an identifiable learner recording in public advertising unless another lawful basis clearly applies.
You must not make your own recording without our prior written permission and all participant consents required by law.
14. Course changes and updates
We may update, replace, reorganise or remove Course content to maintain its accuracy, currency, quality, security or legal compliance.
We may also make reasonable changes to:
- educators or role-players;
- session order and timetables;
- examples and practice cases;
- delivery methods; and
- non-essential Course inclusions.
We will not materially remove the central benefit of an accepted paid Course without providing a suitable alternative or another remedy required by law.
Course-volume claims must be read with the relevant Course description. Updated or archived items may be included in a total only where the description makes this clear.
15. Refunds, cancellations and consumer guarantees
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.
Services must be supplied with due care and skill. In relevant circumstances, they must be reasonably fit for a purpose you make known and supplied within a reasonable time where no time is fixed.
If a service has a major failure, you may have the right to cancel the service and receive a refund for the unused portion or obtain another remedy available under law.
If a failure is not major, we may have a reasonable opportunity to correct it. If we do not do so within a reasonable time, you may have further remedies.
Change-of-mind requests
Unless the Course page or Refund Policy expressly provides otherwise, a change-of-mind refund is not automatically available merely because you:
- changed your mind;
- found a different product or lower price;
- no longer need the Course;
- did not attend or use the Course;
- changed your examination date or career plan; or
- did not obtain your desired examination result.
We may approve a change-of-mind refund, transfer, credit or deferral at our discretion. In considering a request, we may take into account:
- how much content was accessed;
- whether live services commenced or were reserved;
- costs already incurred;
- the timing and reason for the request; and
- the conditions disclosed before purchase.
This discretion does not limit any statutory right.
Requesting a remedy
Email admin@passacrrm.com.au and provide your name, registered email address, order information, Course name, description of the issue and preferred resolution.
You should contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. We will not reject a valid consumer claim merely because it was not submitted within 24 hours.
We may request reasonable evidence needed to assess the claim. We will not deduct an administration fee from a refund required by law.
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method.
16. Transfers, deferrals and extensions
Course transfers, deferrals and access extensions are not automatic. They are available only where:
- the Course conditions provide for them;
- a published policy or offer applies; or
- we approve the request in writing.
We may apply reasonable conditions, including a request deadline, evidence of exceptional circumstances, a price difference or a restriction on repeated requests.
We will assess requests fairly and may consider serious illness, bereavement, examination cancellation or significant personal hardship.
Nothing in this section limits rights under consumer, privacy, disability or anti-discrimination law.
17. Intellectual property
Copyright © 2026 Aumyania Pty Ltd trading as PassAcrrm. All rights reserved.
Unless otherwise stated, we own or lawfully license the Website and Course content, including:
- questions, answers and explanations;
- clinical cases and scenarios;
- mock examinations and assessment frameworks;
- marking guides, feedback models and rubrics;
- StAMPS, CBD, MCQ and AST preparation materials;
- videos, audio, webinars and recordings;
- slides, tables, algorithms, illustrations and images;
- textbooks, notes, transcripts and downloadable resources;
- databases and content compilations;
- branding, software and Website design; and
- educator-created materials.
Your enrolment gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use purchased content for your individual study during the applicable access period.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Except where the law expressly permits an activity and does not allow it to be restricted, you must not reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, translate, sell, license, publicly display or create a competing resource from our content.
We may use access logs, watermarks and visible or hidden identifiers to protect content and investigate suspected misuse. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
18. Artificial intelligence and automated systems
You must not, without our written permission:
- upload PassAcrrm content to ChatGPT or another generative-AI service;
- use Course content to train, fine-tune, test, benchmark or improve an AI system;
- use automated tools to extract, reproduce or transform Course content; or
- use our materials to generate a competing question bank, textbook or course.
We may use AI or automated tools to assist with drafting, search, learning recommendations, preliminary feedback, support, moderation, analytics, security or administration.
Automated outputs may contain errors. They do not constitute official examination results or patient-specific clinical advice. Important content and high-impact decisions may receive human review where appropriate.
Do not enter identifiable patient information, confidential examination material or sensitive information into an AI-enabled feature unless we have clearly authorised that use and explained the applicable safeguards.
19. Your submissions and feedback
You retain ownership of original material that you submit.
You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process and display your submission only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the service;
- assess an answer or provide feedback;
- maintain records;
- secure and improve the service;
- respond to you; or
- comply with law and exercise legal rights.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the material.
Do not submit identifiable patient information, confidential examination content or material that infringes another person’s rights.
We may use general suggestions and non-confidential feedback to improve our services. We will not publicly identify you or use an identifiable testimonial in advertising without appropriate permission.
20. Community areas and participant conduct
If we provide forums, comments, group sessions or other community features, you remain responsible for your contributions.
We may moderate, restrict or remove material that:
- breaches these Terms;
- infringes another person’s rights;
- creates a safety, privacy or confidentiality risk;
- contains misleading or unlawful information; or
- materially disrupts learning.
We do not promise to review every contribution.
Tagging PassAcrrm or responding to a social-media campaign does not by itself provide us with unlimited rights to your content. We will obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable content in advertising where required.
21. Investigation, suspension and termination
We may investigate and take proportionate protective action where we reasonably suspect:
- account sharing;
- copying, piracy or scraping;
- payment fraud;
- unauthorised access or security interference;
- harassment or unlawful conduct;
- examination-integrity misconduct; or
- another material breach of these Terms.
Protective action may include requiring a password reset, limiting a feature, removing material or temporarily suspending access.
Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the concern and give you an opportunity to respond before permanently terminating access.
We may act immediately where reasonably necessary to protect security, confidential information, intellectual property, payment systems or another person.
We may terminate access for a serious breach or repeated breach after warning. Any refund or remaining-access decision will take account of the breach, services supplied and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the Website at any time. Stopping use does not by itself create a refund right, cancel an active subscription or remove an accrued payment obligation.
22. Website availability and security
We take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and security of the Website. We do not promise continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may be interrupted by maintenance, internet failures, cyber incidents, third-party outages or events beyond reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to restore a material outage. Where an outage substantially affects a paid service, we may provide extended access, replacement services, credit, a refund or another remedy required by law.
You should not use the Website as the sole storage location for your own notes or records.
23. External links and third-party services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, guidelines, platforms, applications or payment services.
A link does not imply endorsement, affiliation or control. Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply.
We are not responsible for third-party content or conduct outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on us.
24. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, secure and retain personal information. It also explains how you may request access or correction and make a privacy complaint.
We may send non-commercial service communications required to administer your account or purchase, including:
- receipts and payment notices;
- access instructions;
- timetable changes;
- security alerts;
- support responses; and
- material service or policy notices.
We will send promotional email or SMS only where we have consent or another lawful basis under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Marketing communications will identify the sender and include a functional unsubscribe facility. We will action a valid electronic unsubscribe request within five working days, as required by law.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary non-commercial service communications.
25. Account closure and social login
You may request closure of your PassAcrrm account by emailing admin@gpinstitute.com.au from the email address registered to your account. Use the subject line “PassAcrrm account deletion request”.
We may verify your identity before acting.
If social login is available, removing PassAcrrm from the relevant social-media account may stop future social login but may not delete the separate PassAcrrm account.
Account closure ends your access. We may retain limited transaction, security, backup, complaint or legal records where retention is required or permitted.
We will delete or de-identify personal information when it is no longer required for a permitted purpose, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
26. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies:
- the Australian Consumer Law;
- liability for fraud or wilful misconduct;
- liability for personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot be excluded;
- a statutory guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded; or
- another liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
Subject to those protections, we do not promise that all content will always be current, complete or suitable for every learner, examination attempt or clinical setting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. This may include loss arising from a decision made by an examination, registration, training, immigration or employment body.
You must take reasonable steps to minimise avoidable loss.
Where the law permits liability for a service not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use to be limited, our liability may be limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the reasonable cost of having it supplied again. This limitation does not apply where it would be unlawful, unfair or unreasonable.
27. Responsibility for loss
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for direct loss reasonably suffered by us because of your:
- unlawful conduct;
- deliberate intellectual-property infringement;
- unauthorised disclosure of confidential content; or
- serious breach of these Terms.
Your responsibility applies only to the extent that your conduct caused the loss. It is reduced to the extent that our conduct or failure to mitigate contributed to the loss.
You are not responsible for remote or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by us or liability that the law prohibits us from transferring to you.
28. Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact admin@gpinstitute.com.au and provide:
- your name and registered email address;
- relevant Course and order details;
- a description of the issue;
- relevant dates; and
- the outcome you are seeking.
We will acknowledge the complaint and attempt to resolve it promptly and in good faith.
If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may propose mediation or another appropriate dispute-resolution process.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using a court, tribunal, regulator, fair-trading agency or another process available under law.
29. Changes to these Terms
The Terms in force when you purchase a fixed-term Course will generally govern that purchase.
We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, operational, security or service reasons. We will publish the revised version and effective date.
For an existing paid service, we will not rely on a unilateral change to remove an accrued right or materially reduce the core purchased service without consent or another lawful basis.
We will provide reasonable notice where a material change adversely affects an ongoing paid subscription.
30. Events beyond reasonable control
Neither party is liable for delay caused by an event beyond reasonable control, including a natural disaster, public-health emergency, government restriction, industrial disruption, widespread communications failure or major cyber incident.
The affected party must take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and resume performance.
This section does not remove payment obligations for services already supplied or any refund, cancellation or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
31. General provisions
Entire agreement
These Terms, the Course description, checkout information, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any written course-specific conditions form the agreement between you and us.
They do not exclude representations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Assignment
You must not transfer your personal account or Course access without our written consent.
We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a genuine business sale, restructure or service arrangement, provided that doing so does not unlawfully reduce your rights.
No waiver
A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
Severability and reading down
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be read down to the minimum extent necessary. If it cannot be read down, it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
Notices
We may send notices to the email address registered to your account. You must keep that address current.
You may send formal notices to admin@gpinstitute.com.au or to the registered office of Aumyania Pty Ltd shown on the Australian Securities and Investments Commission register.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and applicable Commonwealth laws.
The parties submit to courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in New South Wales. This does not prevent a consumer from relying on a forum or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Survival
Provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, accrued payments, privacy, liability, disputes and any terms intended by their nature to continue survive account closure, expiry or termination.
